1. How do I request a lawn care service?
You can request a service by submitting an estimate request on our website or by contacting us directly. We’ll provide you with a detailed estimate, and once approved, we’ll schedule your service.

2. What services do you offer?
We provide a range of lawn care and property cleanup services, including:
✅ Lawn mowing & trimming
✅ Leaf & debris cleanup
✅ Seasonal yard maintenance
✅ Commercial & residential lawn care

3. Do you offer one-time services or only recurring plans?

We do not offer one-time mowing, but we do offer one-time property cleanups like leaf removal and overgrowth trimming. For lawn mowing, we only provide recurring maintenance plans (weekly or bi-weekly) to keep your yard consistently looking great and to maintain efficient scheduling. This helps us deliver reliable service and top-notch results every visit.

 

4. How do I pay for services?
We require card on file and payment is automatically taken after services are completed for hassle-free payment and uninterrupted services.

5. Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to the property, we’ll take care of everything and even upload photos of completed work to your client portal.

6. What happens if I need to skip my scheduled service day?
We will skip that service day and resume on the next scheduled day.

7. How do I update my payment method?
Log into your client portal, navigate to the payment section, and update or add a new payment method.

8. How do I cancel or reschedule a service?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a service.

9. Why are my invoices or emails going to spam?
Some email providers may filter our messages as spam. To prevent this, mark our emails as “Not Spam”, add us to your contacts, or move our messages to your primary inbox.

11. How do I accept an estimate?

You can accept your estimate by clicking the link in the email we sent you and selecting "Accept" or "Request Changes" if you'd like to make adjustments. If you already have a client portal with a password, simply log in, go to the "Estimates" tab, and you'll find all your estimates there.

Keeping a card on file is for your convenience! It eliminates the need to leave cash or checks, making payments seamless and hassle-free.

Is my card information secure?

Yes! Your payment details are stored securely with our trusted payment processor, ensuring your financial information remains safe and private.

How do I update my card on file?

You can update your payment method at any time through your client portal or by reaching out to our team.

What if I have billing questions?

If you have any concerns about a charge, just contact us! We are happy to review any questions and provide clarity on your invoice.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged after services are complete. You can view completed work pictures in your client portal.
